Many of us Waseda students use WasedaTime to organize our class schedule but what does it take to run WasedaTime? This speaker session will be a hybrid session with a presentation, interview, and Q&A session at the end. We will be inviting the developers of WasedaTime, Austin, and Hao, to explain how they build infrastructure and manage teams, while also introducing their product. Join us on November 27th (Sat) from 7 PM JST to find out about both the general production side (organization hierarchy and workflow, user feedback, marketing, UI) and the technical side (architectural design, workflow, tools, problems solved, patterns used, AWS)!
