Robyn has completed her MBA at UCT Graduate School of Business, and ESADE Business School in Barcelona, having specialised in Design Thinking.

Prior to pursuing her passion within innovative design, Robyn led a national portfolio for a renown global health club chain in South Africa; over four years, was able to triple the value of this portfolio, enhancing aspects such as operations, innovation and programming as well as contributing to the development of a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy.

Robyn was the founder of Fit4Kids, a business established to address learning and information retention through movement in schools, which was sold to the Virgin brand in 2010.

Zarine Cadersaib is a Senior Lecturer in the department of Software and Information Systems at the University of Mauritius. She holds a BEng (Hons) in Computer Science and Engineering and an MPhil in ERP and Big Data. She has both professional and teaching experience in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and is SAP certified. She has over 15 years of experience in teaching and research and is very active in curriculum design. This extends over programs run jointly with industry and international collaboration. Since 2014, she has been actively involved in the Enterprise Systems Education for Africa (ESEFA) program as part of the SAP University Alliance project for Africa. She is also a member of the SAP Africa academic board since June 2019. She has a number of publications in peer reviewed international conferences and journals including IEEE, Springer and Emerald. Her research areas include ERP, Big Data, ICT4D and education. She has also worked on a number of funded research projects.
