I have 15 years experience in HR at both multinational organisations and start ups in many different fields such as Retail, Technology, Education and Sustainability. I have a generalist profile and have worked in most areas of HR in my career. Before working in HR, I enjoyed 10 years as a leader in various commercial and operational roles. I studied Neuroscience at Edinburgh University and more recently (2019) gained an MSc in HRM at Aberdeen Business School.My personal values are; curious, presence, courage, flexibility and sustainability.My professional values are; Principles-led, evidence-based and outcomes-driven.I envisage a future where there is better work and better working lives for everyone.
