The first two TechJams doing Leetcode Exercises were a blast! Thank you so much for participating! In order to have some change-up, we now organize a TechJam about Bachelor's / Master's theses as well as possible PhD positions at TUM.
Welcome to the third TechJam!
A TechJam is a regular interactive in-person meetup for everybody who’s interested in developing their technical skills, soft skills, and building new connections with like-minded peers!
For the third TechJam we will move away from solving Leetcode question and move into an academic topic: Thesis as well as PhDs at TUM, so what is the procedure, the balance of the academic and the hands-on part as well as possible research areas of chairs we know well. We will also present the different possibilities to conduct a PhD at TUM (but also at other universities!) and give you some insights into the advantages/disadvantages of each option.
The TechJam would take place in iTüpferl in the MI building of TUM Garching. There will be no recording and no virtual space whatsoever, so please make sure to RSVP if you really really can attend this meeting - if you notice that you won't have time in the end, please make sure to un-RSVP to free up some space for other people.
