Do you have what it takes to be a competitive programmer? Competitive programming is a mind sport in which the goal is to find the most efficient algorithm for a specified programming problem. It is not only a lot of fun, but also recognized and supported by several software and internet companies, such as Google and Facebook. So whether you want to level up your coding game, get hired by those companies or are just looking for the next challenge, you should give competitive programming a try.
To get you started, we organized an interactive introduction into competitive programming with Mina Khalil, who is a successful competitive programmer and software engineer at Google. Mina will tell us about his journey, give tips on how to approach the problems and how to get started. After his talk we will have time for an open AMA.
