Process

- An ExperienceWMU invitation will be sent out to your email within 3 days.
- Use the link in the invitation email to join our chapter on ExperienceWMU.
- A confirmation email will be sent out to your email with a link to join our Discord. ๐ Congratulations, you are now a member of GDSC WMU!
Membership Types
Active Member (attend ALL of our events)
- Will be featured on our socials
- Will receive a custom GDSC WMU t-shirt, certificate (physical + digital), and swag
- Will be invited to attend our certification ceremony
Regular Member (attend >= 5 of our events)
- Will receive a certificate (physical + digital), and swag
- Will be invited to attend our certification ceremony
Inactive Member (attend 2-4 of our events)
- Will receive a certificate (physical)
- Will be invited to attend our certification ceremony
FAQs- Registered members have access to all our exclusive events and resources, and are eligible to participate in programs such as the Board of Mentors
- Anyone (enrolled students at WMU) can apply to become a member until the end of March
- Memberships are refreshed per semester
