Who are we?

We are a group of students who are passionate about science and technology. We have founded the Google Developer Student Club @ UAM to bring together students from various backgrounds who love learning and applying their skills to solve real-world problems - just like you!

What are the Google Developer Student Clubs (GDSC)?

GDSCs are university-based community groups powered by Google Developers for students interested in Technology. The aim is to help students bridge the gap between theory and practice.

Why join Developer Student Club @ UAM?

Our GDSC is brand new, founded in 2022. We will organize speaker sessions, hands-on workshops, hackathons and other events to provide students with technical development skills. By joining, you can:

• attend talks, workshops, and other events to expand their knowledge of Google developer technologies
• participate in hackathons and coding competitions like the annual Hash Code
• broaden your technical skills through a safe and friendly learning environment
• collaborate and apply the acquired skills by helping build solutions for the local community with the help of other students
• participate in the Solution Challenge, a competition to solve one or more of the United Nations 17 Sustainable Development Goals using Google technology.
• expand your network by meeting Tech leaders and professionals
• meet new incredible people!
