The South East European University (SEEU) in North Macedonia is an internationally recognized institution established in 2001. Its foundation followed an initiative led by the OSCE High Commissioner on National Minorities, with significant backing from the international community, particularly the European Union and the U.S. government. Located in Tetovo with an auxiliary campus in Skopje, SEEU is committed to fostering interethnic understanding and cooperation, promoting a multicultural environment, and offering a European-oriented education. Courses at the institution span multiple languages including Albanian, Macedonian, and English, mirroring the region's rich linguistic heritage. In a remarkable step towards integrating technology and community development, the Google Developer Student Clubs (GDSC) have now become a part of the South East European University. Google Developer Student Clubs are university-based community groups keenly focused on Google developer technologies. They cater to students from all undergraduate or graduate programs, nurturing those who have a keen interest in evolving as a developer. By becoming part of GDSC, students are afforded the opportunity to expand their knowledge in a peer-to-peer learning environment.
