What is GDSC

GDSC is a university based developer club that is open to everyone who is interested in software development.

Our main goal is to help student developers grow their knowledge, network with their peers and
build solutions that impact their local businesses and communities.

Google student developers gain valuable hands on experience that prepares them for the work force
and distinguishes them from other job seekers when they graduate.

Criteria for joining 

The GDSC club accepts students with genuine interest in software development and Google technologies.
This means interested persons should;

1. Have interest in software development and interested in google technologies ( beginners ).
2. Provide a little information about your background, skills and personal projects ( non-beginners ).
   
3. Discuss about aligning your schedules to our events and meetup times.

How to join

Step 1 Find A Chapter: Navigate to "Chapters" on this website from the top navbar and search for your institution. As you type, relevant results will appear in the dropdown. Select your institution from the list.

Step 2 Join the Chapter: Once you're on your institution's chapter page, locate and click on the "Join" button. This step signifies your interest in becoming a member of the club.

Step 3 Send a Welcome Message: To initiate your onboarding process, click on the "Mail" button at the top of the group page. This will open a message composition window.

Step 4 Send us your contact ( WhatsApp) : Write a short message sending us any possible means ( platforms ) we can reach you for onboarding and discussion and further information.

Once your message is ready, click on the "Send" button to deliver your message to the club organizers.

Step 5 Await Further Information: Sit tight! Your club organizers will respond to you, get to know you and help you with onboarding, upcoming events, and coming activities.
