About this event

The focus of the Speaker Session is to give students advice on how people in tech companies got their jobs, what their jobs are about, and how they can attain a career in such roles regardless of their programs. 

We will go outside of Software Engineering and similar roles to show that there are more roles in tech other than these and that one doesn't need to be in Computer Science or a similar program to get jobs in tech.

Speakers to say what their job is and what they do, how much coding is required and developer techniques they use in their roles, and how they got their jobs and advice and tips for anyone who wants to get involved in such roles.
