The activity will be catering to the WMSU University Student Council officers, College Student Council Officers, and other University Student Organization. This program will enhance their leadership capacity by enabling them to learn and participate in various sessions of the program. It will also help to invigorate the essence of democratic and representative leadership among the various student leaders coming from different political, socio-cultural perspectives.
Through this first-ever Crimson Young Leaders Congress, the fundamental aim is to train the WMSU Student Leaders/Participants, Specifically on the following aspects:
1. Integrate skills and capacity-building for WMSU student leaders that focus on the following themes:
2. Enable WMSU student leaders/participants to compare and contrast the present student’s leadership from the pre-martial law student’s leadership.
3. Expand the horizon and network of student leaders/participants involving the rudimentary principle of democratic and representative leadership
4. Aid student leaders/participants in crafting project proposals through Campus Democratic Reforms and action planning.
5. WMSU Student leaders/participants will be able to re-echo and apply the skills and knowledge to their fellow WMSU Students.
