My name is Vu-Thu-Nguyet Pham. I am excited about the potential for data science to transform the way we approach research, development, and innovation in biotechnology, and I am eager to be a part of this movement. With nearly three years of experience working in both academic and industry environments, I possess a diverse range of hard and soft skills that enable me to contribute to a variety of projects. From 2020, I have been starting to work as a research assistant, where I take responsibility for researching the latest technology, designing some potential approaches to solve many problems, experimenting and writing scientific papers. I have also been gaining valuable hands-on experience in software development, particularly in the AI field as a High-tech Research Engineer at Enouvo IT Solutions and LG Electronics Development Vietnam Company Limited – LGEDV.

With a solid foundation in statistics, programming, and machine learning, I am well-equipped to apply these skills to the challenges facing the bioinformatics industry. I am also well-versed in modern agile development workflows, with experience using tools such as Git, Trello, and Jira for project management. As a strong communicator and team player, I have the ability to work well within a team as well as independently. I possess excellent leadership skills, including the ability to communicate goals effectively, motivate and inspire team members, and provide positive feedback to keep them productive. I am also skilled in conflict resolution, with a focus on ensuring that everyone involved feels heard and respected.
