The VNR Design-a-thon is an annual hackathon organized by the Department of CSE & CSBS in collaboration with GDSC at VNR Vignana Jyothi Institute of Engineering and Technology in Hyderabad, India. This 24-hour event, held on March 1st and 2nd, 2024, brings together students passionate about technology and innovation to brainstorm ideas and collaborate on solutions in various domains including Cybersecurity, Industry 4.0, Gender Diversity, Sustainability, and Education. Participants have the opportunity to compete for exciting cash prizes worth ₹40,000 while addressing real-world challenges. Teams consisting of maximum 3 students and an optional mentor can register, and the event offers a platform for enthusiasts to engage, learn, and showcase their talents.
