I'm not your average geek.

Sure, I love all things technology, science, space, and sci-fi; but my skills and passions don't stop there.

So what makes me different? My strong ideation skills, emotional intelligence, empathy, leadership, influence, ability to communicate, and connecting the dots both at depth and breadth levels have allowed me to excel in challenging situations and grow into the person and professional I am today.

I am a:

- Team Leader and Influencer. I believe that the strongest teams are the ones who know one another beyond the titles, lines of code, and a picture on Outlook. With every team I'm on, I strive to drive a positive team culture, create meaningful relationships, build trust, mentor those around me, seek purposeful change, and lead by example when it comes to having an open mindset.

- Innovator and Change Agent. The "status quo" is usually a sign of fear to experiment, fail, and grow from it. I strive to build on other people's ideas and voice my insights, even if it's not the popular opinion. I will always go out of my way to research multiple ways to solve a problem. With my pre-built trust in my teams, I lead change management processes, each one scoped and designed with the project in mind and the people who will be impacted by it.

- Customer Advocate. If we aren't putting ourselves in our customers' shoes, asking the right questions, and seeking feedback, how could we possibly know if we are headed in the right direction? Being a customer advocate is both a push and a pull. I enjoy engaging with customers in social settings to understand what they really need, not just the surface-level issue. Then, I actively pursue the solution for our customers internally. Being customer-obsessed is foundational for me.

- PM at Heart. I love people and complex issues. I like taking ambiguity and kneading it until it forms into a communicable plan. I believe in staying organized and transparent so that the entire team knows what we are working towards. I take time to understand each person I work with. Their motivations, conflicts, strengths, and future hopes so that I can advocate for them when opportunities arise.
