Leaders are not born, they are made. This is what Yulia Eskin, a researcher, software engineer, tech lead and founder, learned from her own experience. She never saw herself as a leader yet her career in Tech gave her many opportunities to become one.

In this workshop, you will learn how you can accelerate your career path in Tech, what leadership means in practice and how even as a junior employee you can make an impact. Yulia will also discuss how junior employees can become more visible and advocate for themselves. You’ll also learn about the many career paths in Tech through Yulia’s own career journey.
