Hilary Richardson

Hilary is an attorney in Google's open source licensing team. Hilary leads the open source governance practice at Google and has co-authored several chapters of the Google Open Source Casebook on topics such as trademarks and contractual ambiguity in open source. Prior to joining Google, Hilary worked on intellectual property policy at Facebook and Twitter. Hilary graduated from Berkeley Law in 2013 and worked at the Electronic Frontier Foundation and the Wikimedia Foundation on nonprofit legal fellowships.
