Come learn in our new workshop: Beginners' Guide to Flutter Development: Part 2! All majors and years at the University of Toronto are invited to join!

Flutter is Google’s UI toolkit for building beautiful, natively compiled applications for mobile, web, and desktop from a single codebase.

Why should I learn Flutter?

  • Quick compilation: Maximum productivity
  • Has good documentation

  • Supported by Android Studio & VS Code


  • Basic programming language experience could help, but not required.
  • You can use either Windows, mac-OS, or Linux. But for Developing iOS applications requires a mac-OS.
  • No prior iOS or Android development required
