Origami is a proven tool to help reduce stress and anxiety levels, by engaging the mind in a calming and meditative activity. Folding intricate paper designs can also help improve focus and concentration, allowing you to feel more present and mindful in the moment.

Our skilled instructors will guide you through a series of origami designs, providing tips and techniques for mastering each fold. You'll have access to a range of high-quality origami paper to create beautiful and intricate designs.

Not only will you leave feeling accomplished and relaxed, but you'll also have the opportunity to make new friends and connect with others who share a passion for creativity and mindfulness.
