Google Developers Student Club UTM is excited to announce the Community Projects initiative for Fall 2022-2023. Community Projects is a semester-long program where you'll engage in collaborative software development to create innovative solutions that target a problem in your community. This program will require commitment from participants, and will require the same amount of time as a project-based course. We are looking for motivated students with a passion for creating impactful technology! Please register if you are interested in the following components of the program: · Build a solution for a real world problem in your community. · Potentially earning a course credit (CSC392 or CSC492) for your work. · Potential face-to-face consulting from a Google Engineer. · Receiving mentorship from an experienced upper-year student. · Working in a real software engineering environment on an influential project. · Showcasing your project to Google at the end of the program. IMPORTANT: If you have a group of up to size 4 (including you), each member of your group MUST apply individually. NOTE: This registration is just for students who have been admitted in the initiative
