Smooth Like Flutter!: Exploring Cross-Platform App Development is a peer-to-peer hands-on workshop to be conducted by GDSC Mapúa-MCM and GDSC UIC. In continuation to GDSC Mapúa-MCM’s previous UI/UX Workshop conducted by the club last November 19, 2022, GDSC would like to continue the students’ learning path to cross-platform app development by introducing Flutter, one of Google’s most popular technologies in software development.
The first part of this app development workshop aims to introduce the fundamentals of cross-platform app development and the career opportunities related to it, provide a hands-on workshop on Dart programming language and Flutter, and have the individual attendees develop their own mobile application through the technologies involved. The workshop shall be open to all college students, from different schools within Davao City, who have a previous knowledge in programming or app development.
