About this event

Learn how to use Google Firebase, a technology used by developers to create the backend for their applications. In this event, we will be using Firebase tools such as Firestore to make a to-do list web application to help you keep track of homework assignments, upcoming exams, and other responsibilities. We will be implementing Firebase using the JavaScript programming language, so familiarity with JavaScript basics is suggested, but all levels of experience are welcome. As a bonus, you are welcome to add this project to your resume if you attend this workshop, as Firebase is used in the industry by several companies.
