Join us in our second workshop of the GCP Series on Wednesday, March 24, at 7:00PM CST.  Coming to this workshop, you will get hands-on experience with the Discord.py library and create your own discord bot on Google Compute Engine that replies to your messages and gives weather information from the OpenWeather API

In this workshop you will learn:

  • How to a create a discord bot that replies to your message
  • How to connect a discord bot to an external API
  • How to create a virtual machine in GCP on Compute Engine
  • How to keep your discord bot running 24/7
