In this event, we will intro about the club , the reason for its creation, what it is offered, and what is its benefit.
Then we move to the activities that the club will do .after that we will discuss the roles in the club and what each role means.
In the end , a period will be devoted to answering questions of attendance and participants and introducing them to the gift presented by the club
