Waleed Arshad is an ardent cross-platform developer and core mobile technologist who founded the Flutter Xchange and is now spearheading Pakistan's Flutter community in Karachi as the country's first Google Developer Expert in Flutter. He is the author of "Managing State in Flutter Pragmatically" and currently works as a Flutter engineer for a startup in the United States. He is a visiting faculty member at IBA Karachi, where he obtained his Master's degree in Computer Science, and teaches Flutter in a mobile development course.
