About this event

We are excited to announce that we’ll soon be starting a short Android Study Jam. This is an event series for people who are new to programming and interested in developing Android apps with the support of a study group. Starting on 2nd of February, SIGN UP AT ! we will be having 3 online sessions of 2 hours each; we will be working through a curriculum that is offered by Google on Android development. You’ll learn the basics of programming and how to apply those skills to building basic Android apps in the Kotlin programming language. By the end, you will have the necessary knowledge to start developing your own apps!

All you need to do is sign up to participate in the online event and, if you are selected, install Android Studio and show up. Having an Android device is optional, but if you do have one, connect it to your computer with a USB cable so you can learn to run your apps on your device.

No programming experience is needed! Join us to advance your skills and learn how to build apps. Let me know if you have any questions and hope to see you soon.
