Obaloluwa Ajiboye Joseph is an Innovation Manager who has Successfully, handled several IT projects for organizations in both the private and public sectors, local or international mainly for Government, Developers, universities, women tech, and others.
He has led the development of various notable projects as well as managed and provided support to programs that built the capacity of over 3,800 startups founders in 19 states in Nigeria from 3 different regions and created solutions to Africa's most urgent problems in Nigeria across 7 critical sectors ranging from Agriculture, Services, Light Manufacturing, Education, Trade and Commerce, Mining and ICT.
He is also an avid volunteer in a number of initiatives, some of which include - the Africa Code Week training participants on Basic Programming, and Django Girls Lagos coaching participants on Web Development using Django framework. I also co-organized a digital technology event - Django Girls Kwara- where over 100 girls were empowered, provided tools, resources, and support needed to start and progress their careers in technology and innovation.
He is an advocate for Equity and Gender Balance in the Technology Ecosystem and a passionate youth development catalyst with experience in training over 4200 students in Basic Programming across Nigeria. All these experiences also attest to his role as a Co-ambassador for Women in Data Science at Stanford University.
Currently, he is working at the African Union Commission under the Digital and Innovation fellowship organized by the German government, Afrilabs, and African Union. Where is working on technology-based solutions to different identified challenges in the systems and improving the internal processes and capacity of the Women Gender Youth Directorate in the African Union Commission. In order to deliver the Union's mandate, especially in the context of data management, good governance, and citizen engagement.
Ayodeji is a first-class graduate of civil engineering from the University of Ilorin and an alumnus of Product School, San Francisco. He is known for his creative, groundbreaking works and experience building technology products with diverse teams across Africa, Europe and North America.
He began his career developing games, animations, and virtual, augmented and mixed-reality solutions. After gaining experience with local startups, He remotely joined the international team at DiRoots in the UK. He worked on research and development, 3D point cloud modelling and converting laser scans to building models for Autodesk Revit. Most recently, he was at OurPass as the head of product. A fast-growing fintech startup where he championed product research and development.
He created a business around a need he co-discovered in real estate that birthed the Land Republic. He manages operations, finance and technology advancement at Land Republic. He also leads products at Steward, a venture-backed company he co-founded, providing financial services to private schools across Africa.
He holds a patent for developing a heliotropically rotating building, generating passive and active energy through its rotation.
I am a highly motivated and creative tech enthusiast who is very hard working and learns new things every day. I’ve been a full-stack developer for over a decade but I'm currently into mentoring startups, innovation management, blockchain & renewable energy. I still learn new technologies just for the love of it.
I had a dream to transform the way the internet works in Nigeria and I can say I played a huge role in development of some of the biggest online brands during Nigeria's Web 1.0 phase like Bella Naija, NotJustOk, Sturvs, NET . I've worked on hundreds of websites in my lifetime and I’m currently specializing in revenue generation, process automation, product development and digital transformation. I have strong interest in e-learning, fintech, ecommerce and govtech. Africa is the new destination for growth and I am now looking at how we can solve our own problems to aid development in Africa.
My current project is building Africa’s largest Innovation Hub in Ilorin, in my state of Kwara, Nigeria.
Kamaldeen Kehinde is Community Advocate at Ingressive For Good. Specializes in building and creating value for tech ecosystem development. Kamal’s Program incubation and management expertise are rooted in providing technical guidance, mentorship, community support and facilitation to help evangelize the importance of tech innovation across Africa.
Kamaldeen Kehinde is also a Community Organizer for the Kwarabuild Tech Community. In this capacity and in his role as the Community Lead, Kamal is responsible for providing technical guidance, enablement, Knowledge Base, Best Practices and related collateral to an internal and external technical audience within and outside Africa. He is a popular and regular speaker at technical conferences and workshops ((including GDG, Ingressive Campus Events, MALhub Meetup, and more), presenting technical subject matters related to Community building and the tech ecosystem.
Engr Dr Suleiman Abimbola Yahaya is currently the Head of Department (HOD) of the Department of Biomedical Engineering in the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Ilorin, Nigeria. He is an experienced product developer, public speaker and excellent project manager (waterfall and agile methodologies). He owns Sayz Design where they help small businesses in Nigeria to get befitting websites.
DR SULEIMAN ABIMBOLA YAHAYA received his B.Eng. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University Bauchi, Nigeria and his M.Eng in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Ilorin, Nigeria. He bagged his PhD in Biomechanics from the University Sains Malaysia, Malaysia. Since he joined the academic, he has created award-winning products such as a blind walking stick that can sense pits and detect obstacles for the blind, he championed optimised 3D printed hip protectors for frail elderly people and developed hospital management software that has since been deployed in five hospitals. Most recently, He is leading a team of developers, students, and researchers to launch a “Solar Powered Mini Clinic for Nigeria”.
Solomon is technical writer and developer advocate bridging the gap between code and communication. He has a passion for technology and a talent for words, and this tech wordsmith spreads the love for code, one word at a time.

Abdulaziz Akanbi (also known as Azooz) is an undergraduate student at the University of Ilorin in Nigeria. He is a brand and product designer and is currently the Lead at Google Developer Student Club in my school.
