If you want to code-along with the presenters (most recommended), and put into practice what you are learning, then you can create a free AWS account using this link - https://portal.aws.amazon.com/billing/signup?nc2=h_ct&src=header_signup&redirect_url=https%3A%2F%2Faws.amazon.com%2Fregistration-confirmation#/start/email. You can use your Dal email, however note that you will have to enter your debit/credit card details (you will not be charged, this is from the official AWS account and it is only to ensure that their services are not misused.) The presenters will take special care to only show you the free services, which are enough to begin learning. If you have any questions/issues, send us an email on gdsc@dal.ca. If you prefer not to code-along, that is okay and you can still come and watch to learn and make notes.
