Google DSC University of Glasgow is excited to invite you to the first-ever Design Day at UofG!

Design Days are a great way to learn the foundations of the design process and gain hands-on practice with iterative design. The Design Day is a one-day bootcamp, aimed to give you practice in product, visual, and technical design and a place to start your projects. The Design Sprint is a flexible framework for solving problems through designing, prototyping, and testing ideas with users. It allows teams to validate ideas before going through the energy of building a product.

Design Day is a day of workshops designed for attendees to:

• Learn and practice product design skills
• Get started on Solution Challenge projects
• Have fun!

Our special speaker at the Desing Day will be Engr. LLOYD JHON ESTAMPA. He is an Electronics Engineer and has attended international training at Singapore Polytechnic where he earned his certification and recognition as CDIO Mater Trainer and Design Thinking Lead Facilitator. Currently, Engr Estampa is the Principal of the University of Science and Technology of Southern Philippines (USTP) Senior High School and one of the Program Heads of USTP's Centre for Innovative Teaching and Learning.
