During this session, we'll first do a quick intro to interface design including how it's different from user experience (UX) design and some lingo (so you can make conversation at parties). Then we'll look at simple tips anyone can use to improve an interface even if you don't understand gastaut, have never heard of Herbert Bayer or can't articulate the difference between a font and a typeface. Bring your burning questions about fonts, colors, pixels, ems and design tokens. Just don't ask if I "like" something (attend the session to learn why I hate that question).
