Algorithmic trading is capturing ever-increasing share of the total trading on the world capital markets. Machine learning and artificial inteligence are enabling dramatic changes in the financial industry and the economy as a whole. Fintech and crypto currencies are modifying the very conception of money and finance. On 30th October, you will learn about the basics and newest trends in computational finance and algo trading with Miodrag Janjušević and Luka Savić. Mr. Janjusevic holds a PhD in Physics from CCNY New York. Currently, he is CEO and founder at Ras Pacific Capital, an investment company. He has 23 years of experience in the financial industry. He worked in various capacities as a trader, Portfolio Manager, Chief Risk Officer, Head of Equity Derivatives Research, Head of Corporate Derivatives Origination, and Head of Convertible Bond Sales and Trading. He worked in several leading financial institutions including Kidder Peabody New York, JPMorgan in New York, London, Hong Kong, and Deutsche Bank in Hong Kong. On 31st October, you will have an opportunity to develop and code an algorithmic trading strategy from scratch using MQL4/5 programming languages with Luka. From installing the necessary tools to coding, testing and optimizing the strategy. Luka Savić is a third-grade student at the University of Belgrade, studying Computer engineering and Information Theory. Interested in computational finance, for the past year he was developing trading robots, indicators and tools. He decided to share his knowledge with his colleagues, in this interactive workshop.
