Making the first steps is always a challenge. In the first part of the event we host Philipp Lippe, PhD student on Causal Representation Learning and GDE in Machine Learning, who will introduce us to JAX with Flax as a framework.
In the second part of the event, our second guest Karthik Muthuswamy, Data Science Manager at Accenture and ML GDE ,will share tips on how to get started with TensorFlow and what kind of projects are a better suit for beginners.

Phillip is a PhD student in Machine Learning at the University of Amsterdam in cooperation with Qualcomm AI Research. When he is not working on his research on causality and deep learning, he is eager to learn about the newest trends and models in AI. His passion is to share his experience and knowledge by writing tutorials and teaching students about deep learning, from the basics up to the most recent advances in ML.
Karthik works on research for machine learning research to develop intelligent applications for enterprise software. He is an active proponent of human-centered machine learning. He is proficient in using TensorFlow for developing machine learning solutions for a wide range of applications. Karthik gives talks on TensorFlow for educating full stack developers to build machine learning applications and deploying it to Google Cloud
