Regardless of the ticket type, those who wish to participate can join our Discord community and attend the reception.

How to join the event

The event will be held at Bevy Platform.

Detailed information about the future process will be announced later!

About the reception

If you are interested in interacting with people from around the world, please join us for the reception!

As GlobaLT continues to hold events in the future, we want to keep in touch with you, and we encourage participants to talk with each other for future exchanges.

We will discuss how to do this later, but we are considering creating rooms on Discord for different topics, such as technical fields, so that we can talk freely back and forth.

Q&A

What language should I use when I speak?

You can give your presentation in the local language, as Google Meet has a translation feature. If you are fluent in English, we would appreciate it if you could give your presentation in English. Also, since the translation function does not work for slides, we would appreciate it if you could translate the slides into both English and the local language.

I am worried about the content of the presentation.

This is a free theme, so any content is fine.

This event is a social event, so please feel free to talk about whatever you want to talk about without thinking too much about it!

The GDSC (Google Development Student Club) community has been supporting this event by providing a web room, networking, and other services.

This event will be held in conjunction with GDSC Aizu's Code of Conduct & Anti-Harassment Policy
