The project is an obstacle-avoiding robot. This type of robot is designed to navigate through a space while avoiding obstacles in its path. In our project, we used an ultrasonic sensor to detect obstacles, and programmed the robot to navigate around them by controlling the motors using an Arduino and motor driver. The robot chassis kit provided a platform for the motors and other components to be mounted onto. Overall, the goal of the project was to design and build an autonomous robot that can navigate through a space without human intervention, and avoid obstacles along the way. The project involves a combination of hardware and software components, and requires skills in programming, electronics, and mechanical assembly.
