We will discuss ideas and their realizations. For example, which technology would be best, how to disseminate our ideas , team members, and how much effort. etc. First, we made small groups and ask to work on their own ideas, later we discuss each idea one by one and regroup it to find the pros and cons of the ideas discussed before. We perform multiple cycles to figure out final ideas. We are planning to execute 4 cycles in 4 different groups, where each cycle will take 15 min including idea discussion.
