We are proud to announce that Dr. Lawrence Schovanec, President of Texas Tech University, will be gracing us with his presence for the opening ceremony. Additionally, we are honored to feature Dr. Chen Yong, Chair of the Department of Computer Science, as one of our distinguished speakers.
