Rich Rose is a Lab Architect at Google Cloud. Rich is also the author of "Hands-on with Serverless Computing with Google Cloud" and "Flutter and Dart Cookbook". In addition Rich is passionate about Kubernetes, Serverless and Linux. Rich is based in the UK and enjoys helping people to learn about new technologies.

13.00 - 13.45 - Getting Started with Flutter with Hillel Coren

Hillel is a Google Developer Expert for Flutter. He helped to create the It's All Widgets website which lists apps built with Flutter, and is the host of the Flutter podcast.


December 16th

13.00 - 13.45 - CI/CD with Cloud Build: architecture, tips and trick with Guillaume Blaquiere

Guillaume is a Google Developer Expert on Cloud Platform since 2019 and works at Carrefour as Group Data Architect. Java developer for more than 15 years, and despite positions of responsibilities, he has always kept his wish to create, develop, discover and test new solutions, especially in the Cloud, the machine learning or Python and Go language. Innovation addict and Google Cloud 3x certified, writer and speaker in his free time, he's fascinated by the serverless solution and all the "usual" problems that it solves. 


December 16th

13.45 - 14.30 - Pitching to Win with Lucero Tagle

Lucero has over 20 years of experience in People Development working for Google's global People Operations team, startups and scale-ups. She is a Leadership Coach, an Angel Investor and Startup Advisor. She co-founded PitchNinjas with Joanna Mollo during the pandemic because of the gap she saw and what she experienced when looking for help to communicate more effectively. PitchNinjas is on a mission to make sure no one misses out on any opportunities because of the way they communicate.




What is the Solution Challenge?

The Solution challenge is a competition from Google, where students can use their energy and creativity to create sustainable technology projects that can help their local or global communities. You can start building with a team you already created, or you can find students like you and form a new one.
