What's the Netlight tech colledge?

Starting in November 2024 and for the duration of 6 months, the Netlight tech colledge (edge from knowledge) offers you the opportunity to grow personally, build an international network of more than 2 000 colleagues in the tech scene and get inspiring insights in the digital transformation of market leading companies.

One of Netlight’s senior Consultants will be your mentor and personal career coach. Together with your mentor you get the chance to look behind the scenes of one of Europe’s best Tech Consultancies and find out how it is to work in a value-driven network-organization with no bosses.

During the mentoring program you will spice up your team working game within different workshops that will prepare you for your career entry and teach you to use the power of the network to develop both, on a personal as well as on a professional level.

What's in it for you?

The program consists of two parts: 1-1 mentoring and monthly events in your mentee group.

You are the driver of your relationship and 1-1 meetings with your mentor, and in this you will be able to decide yourself how often you want to meet them and how much time you want to invest in this. Additionally, every month we will host an event at our office that will help you to build valuable skills and a network of passionate techies around you.

Minimum Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a Master’s Degree program in Computer Science, IT, Technology or similar

Verbal and written proficiency in English

Working student and/or internship experience in agile software engineering roles

Place of residence: Berlin, Potsdam, or surrounding areas due to the on-site nature of our events in Berlin
