Rules and Guidelines

1. Team Formation:

• Teams must consist of a maximum of four members.
• Team leaders are responsible for the registration process.

2. Submission Requirements:

• Project submissions must include a PowerPoint presentation (PPT) and a video demonstration.
• PPT and video submissions are mandatory for evaluation.

3. Registration:

• Only the team leader is allowed to register the team.
• Registration details should include information for all team members.

4. Gadgets:

• Participants must bring their own gadgets, including laptops, chargers, and any other necessary equipment.

5. Dress Code:

• Participants must follow proper dress code.

6. Duration:

• The hackathon will run from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., with no provision for extra time.
• All teams must complete their projects within the designated 12-hour timeframe.

7. Participation:

• Teams must be present for all three sessions: the mentoring session and the two evaluation sessions.

8. Wifi:

• WiFi will not be provided during the hackathon. Teams should plan accordingly for offline development or your Internet.

9. Github Profile:

• Every team is required to have at least one active GitHub profile for version control and project documentation (software only).

10. Decisions and Judging:

• Decisions made by the judging panel are final.
• Projects will be evaluated based on the specified criteria, and the judges' decisions are non-negotiable.
