Participants learn to create strong passwords, avoid phishing and malware, use two-factor authentication, and manage their online footprint to protect their data and contribute to safe online world

About this event

This event is focused on the necessity to be secure in this fast-paced world with ever changing security challenges. We shall be covering different aspects of cybersecurity such as common cyber threats like ransomware, safe practices such as strong passwords, two-factor authentication, protecting personal information such as data privacy, etc. and how to stay updated with latest security trends to overcome social engineering, duplicate identity attach etc.

This event also covers how Google keeps the account very secure, what has some of the best practices followed by Google and also why they are required in place even at cost of some inconvenience for better security, etc. For those who attend in person, there will be giveaways of swags*. 

We shall also provide the resources for further learning through guides, websites, courses.
