About this event

International Women's Day is a time to celebrate the progress toward gender equality and empower women worldwide. We want to use this occasion to celebrate women's contributions and recommit to building a world where every woman can reach her full potential. This year, NUS WIB is honored to collaborate with NUS DSC to hold a fireside chat centered around "Women In Tech - Working Towards Tech For Good". We have invited two professionals in the technology industry to share their journeys as women in a traditionally male-dominated field, discuss biases and challenges faced, and offer insights on breaking into tech as a female.

All participants are welcome regardless of your background or gender identity.

Event Date: 8th March 2023 (Wednesday)

Time: 7.00pm - 8.00pm

Venue: Zoom (Link will be sent out separately via email to confirmed registrants)
