A logo design challenge

“No masterpiece was created by a lazy artist.” Show your talent, increase your expertise and also win certificate prizes by participating in a logo designing competition. This is an opportunity you might not want to miss.

If you've seen any articles discussing design trends this year, you probably won’t be surprised by “Glassmorphism” and “Minimalism”.

1. Glassmorphism is a popular design aesthetic that is most often found in UI design, where background frames or buttons are made to look like “glass” by blurring the elements behind them but still allowing some aspects of shape, light, and colour to show through.
2. Abstract minimalism has been hugely popular with designers as of late. Minimalist designs only use the most essential elements needed to create a composition.

So keeping these design themes in mind, the event will be primarily in 2 stages

1. In the first stage, we shall be accepting submissions from all the registered participants and then a few remarkable submissions will move to the next stage wherein they get to improve upon their submissions.
2. Finally, the winners will be chosen from among these final submissions.

The first round will be logo making and details about the second round will be up soon.

Due to the pandemic, the event will be held online mode.

Problem Statement 

Euphoria is a mental-health awareness app that focuses on bringing people closer so that victims can share their experiences with other like-minded people to get emotional support. We expect the whole app to be a smooth experience and peaceful colours. 

Your Task: Design a logo for Euphoria app that would represent the brand identity and also represent calm and peace. 

Submission Guidelines 

For the first stage of this challenge, the guidelines are as follows. 

1. You have to submit two files in the below Google Form which is related to your design.
2. The first file should be an image ( .png or .jpg ) of your logo in a presentable form. 
3. The second file should be a PDF file where you will document your logo design thinking process. ( eg. https://www.behance.net/gallery/51207267/Logo-design-documentation )
4. Refer to the example given in the previous point for how to make your documentation. 
5. Also, the above-mentioned example is quite descriptive and your documentation need not contain everything that is present in the example. For simplicity, your PDF file can be of only 1 page where you can put a paragraph on the inspiration and process. 
6. You can also make an animated logo but it is not compulsory. Though we have added the field for you to submit an animated logo in Google Form.
