Election of First Year Representatives	We shall choose the community coordinators in charge of First Year Students
Introduction of the Core team	We shall introduce the core team to all the community members.
Setting the Solution Challenge to kick-start	We shall introduce the solution Challenge and the existing teams, form other teams and introduce the resources to use.
Communication from the Lead	The Lead will address the members.
Reactions	Members react to all the previous items.

Closure	The session will come to an end, we shall as well have group pictures.
