I have over 29 years of experience in the IT field with diverse industries background, from IT vendor, IT System Integrator, Telecommunications and Airline.
I have been with the National Airline for the past 14 years, and currently I am the Head of IT Department.
I am managing over 200 applications and more than 100 servers that supports over 13000 employees in Malaysia Airlines.
I have over 29 years of experience in the IT field with diverse industries background, from IT vendor, IT System Integrator, Telecommunications and Airline.

One of my biggest achievement while working with MAB was that I have successfully led the cloud transformation project, being one of the first airline that adopt all cloud transformation.
This project has won global awards and recognition including Questex Asis's CFO innovation award and ICT Malaysia award for cloud transformation.
I have won IT Best Employee Awards more than 3 times throughout my employment with MAB.
I was also the IT Crisis Lead during the 2 tragic incident MH370 and MH17. And again appointed as IT crisis Lead during the Airport Network Outage in 2019 when the airport lost network connectivity and almost collapsed the whole operations at the airport.
The most interesting part of all my achievement, is that, I am not an IT graduate.
