Participants will learn the basics of design thinking and apply them to the problem-identification stage. They will learn how to identify and define a problem, understand their target audience, and gain empathy for their users. By the end of the workshop, participants will have a better understanding of design thinking and the steps involved in identifying a problem.
On the second day, participants will learn the basics of ideation and how to generate and evaluate ideas in a design thinking process. They will learn techniques for coming up with new and innovative ideas, evaluating the feasibility of these ideas, and refining them. By the end of the workshop, participants will have a better understanding of ideation and the steps involved in generating and evaluating ideas.
