The workshop will begin with an introduction to empathy mapping and the 5 Whys, followed by a hands-on activity that will allow you to practice applying these tools in a group setting. You will work collaboratively with others to map out the experiences and emotions of a specific user or customer group and then use the 5 Whys to dig deeper into the root cause of a challenge they face.
By the end of the workshop, you will have gained insights into the mindset and behaviour of your users or customers and have a better understanding of how to approach problem-solving through a human-centred lens.
