Event Rules

Group or Solo Participation: Participants can choose to participate either as a group of maximum three members or individually.

Mix College Teams: Team members can be from any college and different years, but the team will be considered in the category of the oldest team member.

Problem Assignment: After registration, participants will receive an email to submit their skill sets. Two days before the event, participants will be assigned two problem statements based on their submitted skill sets.

Pitch or Develop: On the event day, participants must pitch either their innovative ideas or developed solutions for the assigned problem statements.

Preference for Developed Solutions: While both ideas and developed solutions are accepted, more preference will be given to developed solutions during evaluation.

Presentation: Participants will present their solutions to a panel of judges and fellow participants.

Registration Fees: Group: β‚Ή60 and Solo: β‚Ή30

Categories and Prizes: Winners from each category (1st year and 2nd year combined, and combined 3rd & last year) will be awarded exciting prizes.

Opportunities for Refinement: Participants will have opportunities during the event to refine and modify their solutions based on feedback from judges and peers.

Evaluation Criteria: Solutions will be evaluated based on creativity, feasibility, technical implementation, and presentation.

Goodies and Certificate: Every participant will receive goodies and a soft copy of the certificate of participation, except in case of absence.

Winner Selection: Winners will be selected based on the quality and innovation of their solutions, with recognition across various categories.

Fair Play: Participants must adhere to fair play principles, including originality of ideas and respectful interaction with judges and fellow participants.

Decision of Judges: The decision of the judges will be final and binding.

Absence Policy: Participants who are absent from the event will not receive a soft copy of the certificate of participation, and registration fees will not be refunded.
