What is WTM International Women’s Day? 🚺

International Women’s Day (IWD) is Women Techmakers’ largest annual campaign where Ambassador host events all around the world during the months of March and April in celebration of this moment.

In 2023 our “Dare To Be” IWD campaign reached over 200k+ attendees worldwide!!

About the theme: Impact the Future 🔮

We all have the power and the responsibility to impact the future of technology and society, with AI as a major part of shaping our world. What will that future look like? And how will we build it? We can use our skills, creativity and passion to create positive change and solve the problems that matter to us and our communities. We can also inspire the next generation of women in tech who will continue to impact the future with their own ideas and innovations.

The theme "Impact the Future" for Women Techmakers International Women's Day Campaign for 2024 is a call to action for women in tech to impact the future of technology and society for the better. For the future of technology, AI has the potential to solve some of the most pressing challenges we face. However, it is important to ensure that AI is developed and used in a responsible and ethical manner. Women in tech can play a key role in ensuring that AI is used for good.

Our event will take place ONLINE over a span of four days: March 1st, March 2nd, March 3rd, and March 4th.
