About this event

GDSC MCET brings you the COMPOSE CAMP, a series of online community-organized events focused on how to build Android Apps using Jetpack Compose.

Jetpack Compose is a new UI design toolkit for building native user interfaces or screen designs on Android mobile applications using Kotlin Code. This toolkit simplifies and accelerates UI development on Android. And can quickly bring your app to life with less code, powerful tools, and intuitive Kotlin APIs.

The campaign is a series of online sessions where you will learn to build native Android Applications using the Jetpack Compose, under the guidance of some of the experienced Android Developers of our Club. They will be there to guide you throughout the course. We would be having interactive sessions during the event, as and when needed to discuss new topics and to address any of your doubts.

The participants will be provided with certifications on completion of the course which is provided by The All India Google Developer Team, they will be learning through sequential learning paths and can earn Digital Badges on their Google Developer Profile, which they can flaunt on their socials.

Everyone is welcome! No prior experience is required. Only curiosity to learn is needed.

So buckle up to start your journey to becoming an Android Developer by joining us for the Compose Camp! Be ready with your laptops for the introductory session on 28th September 2022 at 7 PM IST.

Looking forward to an amazing camping tenure ahead!
