Information Session - Google Developer Student Clubs, McMaster University

About this event

Google Developer Student Clubs McMaster University is McMaster University's chapter of the Developer Student Clubs, supported by Google and Google Developers. Our goal is to help students bridge the gap between theory and practice in software development and technology.

Developer Student Clubs are university-based community groups for students interested in Google developer technologies. Students from all undergraduate or graduate programs with an interest in growing as a developer are welcome. By joining a DSC, students grow their knowledge in a peer-to-peer learning environment and build solutions for local businesses and their community.

Throughout the year we'll be hosting technical workshops, talks, virtual gatherings, code nights, and other events designed to bring together students with a passion for coding and build cool projects!

Join us in our Information Session to learn more about Google Developer Student Clubs at McMaster University, find out more about the types of events we'll be hosting, and most importantly, how you can get involved! During our info session we will explain the application process, our team structure, and what you will be doing as a general member or Web Developer during the school year.

We will also be leaving time at the end of this session to answer any questions you may have. Be sure to join us in this virtual event to learn all about our club!
