This is an event for both men and women but we will be focusing on how we can help more ladies join this male-dominated sector and how to help the ladies that are already in this sector find their feet, embrace the sector and be able to thrive in it.

The theme for this event is "Claiming your seat at the table. " Ladies need to know that they need to stop waiting for someone to invite them to the table, they have to invite themselves to the table coz no one will.
